The Lehr team was extraordinary! They provided an array of services far beyond anything I expected. Moving from our family home of 54 years into a condo half the size was a huge undertaking in downsizing. Without the Lehrs, I honestly don't know if we could have brought it off. They managed the process of moving items out over several months and got them sold, donated or recycled. They arranged the movers and were on site at our new home to help direct the moving-in process. They were supportive and efficient through every logistical and emotional challenge we faced. As for actually selling our house, their skills staging and marketing paid off. We had an offer within 24 hours of the first open house and they guided that offer through a quick and worry-free escrow.

The Lehrs also represented us as buyers. Again, the "beyond the call of duty" services were amazing. They managed several fix-up projects to help make our new home ready for move in, from installing light fixtures to mounting the TV to picking out the living room rug.

I cannot imagine that any company could compare in terms of attention to details, knowledge of the housing market, experience in negotiating, and personal kindness. Highly recommended!
